Tasting Notes

Grilled strawberry aromas with cedar and sandalwood, violets, green peppercorn and hatch chile. The palate is richer than the aromas suggest with stewed black fruits like blackberry, plum and cherry. The palate has sandalwood as well with black and green pepper. This wine is complex and young tasting leading you to be impressed that it is a 2017 vintage! A great value!
