Tasting Notes
On the nose this wine is fresh, clean, mineral and citrus with crisp pineapple and lemon grass. Medium body and balance are exhibited in this wine with quince, pear and almond with some light creaminess and medium plus acidity. There are touches of savory but subtle chamomile with a juicy finish with starfruit, lime zest and green apple.
