This wine smells unctuous before you even put it in your mouth. Scents of baked apple and peach, cardamon and honey greet you in the glass. It is dense and rich with honey apple, pineapple and peach flavors combining with cardamon, ginger, five-spice and a granitic mineral note. Although there is a touch of sweetness, this is equally refreshing. Full bodied, concentrated and a perfect example of the Brand vineyard.

This Oregon wine gives aromas and flavors of citrus, honeysuckle, almond, quince and yellow pear. It is medium weight, clean, bright and slightly rounded in texture with integrated acidity and a touch of straw/hay on the finish.

From the producer: Delicate at first then tropically ripe, brimming with apricot, nectarine and a touch of pineapple. Lemon citrus and acacia blossom balance the sweetness effortlessly.

From the Producer: "This wine reflects the substance and diversity of southeast Seneca Lake. It fermented in both vats and old oak (228 liter Burgundy barrels and demi-muids) with indigenous yeasts for several months, as is typical of our wines. Combining aromas of mineral and fruit: mango, jasmine, flint, it delivers a balanced texture, straightforward while being both long and soft."

This is a wine which shows both density and sharp precision. The flavors range from lemon and lemon peel to flower blossoms, nectarine, white peach, quince and apricot. There is zingy tartness as well as round and chewy elements in this complex Riesling. Some lightly singed fruit peel, minerality and stone combines with lime as well. Quality farming and winemaking is evident.

This is a wonderful and complex semi-dry Riesling. At first, it begins with notes of petrol mixed with white tea and tropical fruit such as guava. The palate gives generous apricot, pineapple and guava fruitiness mixed with minerality and florality. The wine can seem weighty at first sip, but the acid stays perky and with the right food, it dances on the palate.

From the producer: "Circle Riesling is meant to be a quintessential example of Finger Lakes Riesling; a touch of residual sugar to bring out the rich orchard fruit flavors without overwhelming the lemon zest and citrus that make it crisp and refreshing to drink. "

This medium-dry wine has aromas of fruit and slate that lead to a fresh and round palate with a salty finish. There are notes of peach and other orchard fruits as well as some savoriness. Although it is off-dry, it is crisp and stays lifted and balanced.

The aromas in this wine are elegant with sweet oak, butter, vanilla, apple, pear and a whiff of smoke. The palate gives flavors of Asian pear, nectarine, white apple, and grilled peach, along with vanilla and butter. Any oak is elegant and tremendously well integrated; this is bright and clean with lovely minerality. A sensational effort that is well balanced and still exudes California style.

There are aromas of pear, citrus and light florality in this white Alsatian blend. The palate is medium plus in body with a mélange of orchard fruits (apple, pear, peach, nectarine and apricot), minerality, herbs, citrus, candied lime peel, chamomile, florality and salinity. There is good density here, but it stays elegant. This wine has the allusion of sweetness, but is actually just very ripe.

This is a classic and well-made Gewurztraminer from a cool vintage. Aromas of lychee, ginger skin, and honeysuckle greet the nose of this medium-bodied wine and carry through to the bright and flavorful palate where lychee, white flowers, ginger, pear, and light brown spices add complexity. It is dry with integrated acidity and round texture.

This Late Harvest Riesling is crafted in the traditional German Spätlese style, with natural sweetness balanced by lively acidity. Aromas of licorice and leather mix with wild berries, spice, and forest floor to introduce this wine. The palate is ripe with dark plum and black cherry flavors alongside crushed rocks and chocolate. It is medium plus in body with medium acidity and velvety tannins.

Made in an Old World style with moderate extraction, this wine displays a balance of complex aromatics and flavors including plenty of ripe black fruits and candied fruits along with hints of sandalwood and earth.

This red fruited Dolcetto is a classic, well-made example. Wild red berries, herbs and hints of orange combine with crisp acidity and moderate tannins to give a wine with balance that's a great partner at the table. The nose offers spiced plum, a touch of licorice and olives, sweet wood and dried herbs. In the mouth, this wine is full bodied and flavorful. Deep red fruits, black currants, blackberry, and black cherry, as well as black olives merge with bittersweet chocolate, espresso, and tobacco notes. This has character and personality without being overbearing.

Aromas of stewed berries and touches of smoke and mineral lead to more ripe berries on the palate including plums, cherries and dried strawberries. This is medium-plus in body with ripe/integrated tannins and a lingering minerality on the finish.

Aromas of macerated black fruits are spiced with coffee and white pepper notes. This is just over medium weight with black raspberry, black cherry, plum and blackberry fruit mixed with forest floor notes such as savory herbs (oregano), earth, roots and bark. This is ripe and easy drinking with supple tannins and juicy acidity.

An aromatic wine with lots of complexity, floral with pressed roses, spiced plum, licorice and blackberry. The palate shows come baking spice notes such as clove, licorice, and black pepper. More toast and macerated red cherries to finish. It is medium plus and drinking well now.  This is a classic, example of Chateauneuf. 

Aromas of mulling spices and Moroccan souk spices combine with dark berries, tar and smoke to entice you to this Pinot Noir. It is between medium and full bodied with considerable concentration, yet it is not heavy. Macerated red and black cherries join pressed rose, mulling spices, bittersweet cacao nibs and a note of tar. The tannins are velvety and acid is integrated. With air, spiced black currants and smoke evolve on the long finish.

Aromas of fresh and smoky blackberries and plums. On the palate, this is medium weight or slightly less in body, with flavors of black currants, blackberry seeds, cherries, earth and smoke. It is medium in acid with fine tannins. This red is silky and fresh… the ultimate picnic wine! Note: This is a liter bottle.

The grape Pinotage is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault. Aromas of grilled plum, blackberry, black currant and a little bark can be found on the nose. This medium-weight wine has flavors of black plum, cherry, and a hint of purple fruit. It is nicely balanced with medium acidity and sleek tannins.

Aromas of dark fruits, especially black currants, join with dark chocolate and light smoke on the nose. On the palate, this well-balanced wine combines black currants with baking spice, chocolate, toast, coffee, violet and vanilla notes. This stays fresh with its juicy acidity and the tannins are quite velvety. A classic, well-made example.

Aromas are complex, with smoke, raspberry compote, red currant candy, chocolate, and spice. The palate offers a variety of red berry fruit, lightly cooked so it releases juice. Black cherry and cassis are also present, along with toast, spice, and mineral notes. The wine is pure, with well integrated tannins and acidity, and deft on its feet for one so large. Full bodied with a long finish.

Aromas of stewed and fresh blackberries, red and purple flowers, vanilla, black pepper and minerality greet you on the nose. This is medium to fuller bodied with fresh blackberry, black cap raspberry, bittersweet chocolate, tobacco and graphite. Lifting acidity and integrated acidity make this a wonderful food wine.

Mixed berries on the nose and the palate. There is nice spice integration with medium tannins and integrated acidity with darker fruit like plum, black cherries, and blackberries.

Earthy aromas include bramble, mineral, garrigue, smoke, berry coolis and plum.  The palate is medium-plus in body with nice ripeness but not too heavy or overoaked. Flavors of red cherry and black currant, a touch of underbrush and black fruit supported by sleek slightly grippy tannins and juicy acidity lingering on the finish. This smells like an old underground cellar with still some tartness and violets. This wine would be an excellent gift or an alternative to a quality Cotes du Rhone.

Aromas are of red cherry, black cherry, plum, prune, rosemary and cinnamon. The palate gives complex flavors that include black cap raspberries and blackberries, along with cinnamon and cedar spice, Italian herbs, wood notes and a sweet smokiness. The finish in this delicious "baby Barolo" is long and structured.

Aromas include dried cherries, plum, blackberry, sandalwood, and baking spice. Medium-bodied and rustic with rich and ripe mulberry, dark cherry, and licorice on the palate. Tannins are velvety and offer lovely structure; touches of cocoa and spice linger on the finish.

"The greatest Cantenac Brown I have ever tasted, the 2010 is one for the ages. Dense purple, with an extraordinary nose of sweet forest floor, blackberry jam, pen ink and graphite, this wine soars from the glass, giving it an aromatic dimension and intensity I have never seen from this estate. The tannins are present, as they are in most Cantenac Browns, but the wine’s sweetness, broad, skyscraper-like mouthfeel, dense, purple color and spectacular length (close to a minute) make this a giant classic and a fabulous sleeper of the vintage that still remains under-priced, considering how great its potential may be. This is a wine for those with cold cellars and youthful DNA. It is going to need at least a decade of cellaring and should last for 20-40 years. Les Hérétiques is a rustic wine, speaking strongly of its terroir. The nose offers spice, cedar, and black cherry fruit, and touches of iron/earth. The tannins are quite present but well-integrated with more black cherries, spice and a lingering meaty quality.

This is essentially the Chateau Maris Les Planels (Syrah-based wine) without any sulfites added. (it says "sans souffre" on the neck of the capsule). The name means "to know how to age." In actuality, it is a wine that one should probably drink within 3 years of vintage since it has no sulfite protection, but boy, is it drinking beautifully. Medium plus body, rich and ripe, velvety, meaty, with savory undertones. There's nothing overripe here, yet it's seamlessly saturated. If you're into "natural wine," here's a superior example. 

Raspberry, strawberry and red cherry with some garrigue. The palate is medium bodied but ripe and savory with soft dark chocolate, integrated smoke and some black pepper.

This wine gives mostly red fruits on the nose -- pomegranate, strawberry and raspberry, along with vanilla. It is medium plus in weight and quite rich with ultra-soft tannins that show it is in its prime drinking stage now. There are flavors of red cherry, raspberry, plum, strawberry coulis, licorice, vanilla and a touch of sassafras. You'll be talking about its texture though -- the integrated acidity and seamless tannins are a joy. What a value!

Aromas of cherry candy, pleasant medicinal notes and spices introduce this full-bodied, ripe Zinfandel. It is replete with clove and mulling spices (like Christmas in a glass!) along with strawberry fruit leather, berry jam and structuring acidity. There are notes of cigar as well.

This co-fermented Chateauneuf is complex and appealing with scents reminiscent of potpourri, spiced plum, cassis and forest floor. There is something sleek and slick about the aromas, like fine chocolate and wild animal; think truffle. An opulent palate that is lovely, with black tea, bergamot, wild fruit of the forest, raisin, olives and forest floor. This is texturally attractive and nicely balanced with medium acidity, well managed tannins and a long finish.

Aromas are high-toned with fresh herbs, berries, and evergreen.  The palate is medium-bodied, its cassis and black cherry supported by mineral notes, more herb and drying tannins. There's a refreshing succulence to this red with its snappy acid playing foil to the Mediterranean fruit.

Aromas are meaty and deep, offering black cap raspberries, blackberry compote, and smoke. In the mouth, this wine is deep black and sleek, dark fruited and savory (black currant and espresso) as well as textured (suave tannins and fresh acidity). All elements are well integrated, along with herbal/vegetal notes and touches of light earth mineral and stone. This medium-plus bodied wine is fresh and superbly balanced. What a beauty!

The nose gives strawberry, cranberry and red cherry cordial with some earthy soil component. The flavor is of summer strawberries, fresh bright raspberries with balanced acidity and body.

This wine is both structured and jammy with red fruits of raspberry and strawberry candy along with a touch of raisin joining woodsy, cocoa, coffee and licorice flavors. It is medium plus in body with moderate acid and tannin.

On the nose, this wine gives aromas of dark fruits and toasty oak. It is medium plus in body, ripe and concentrated, yet stays refined and fresh. Fruit of macerated black currants and spiced berries are joined by flavors of mocha, chocolate, toast, mulling spices, cinnamon and black pepper. It has round tannins and integrated acidity.

Medium-strength aromas of plum, red fruit, bramble, and toasted barrel. The palate is red-fruited-ripe cherry, cranberry, red plum, and raspberry. Medium acidity and medium-plus tannins provide structure to this fresh, tart, and lively wine. The finish offers tart fruit and smoke and barrel notes. A solid wine despite the difficult vintage.

This medium-bodied red blend is lightly earthy with mixed cherries, plums, rose, black pepper, light smoke and minerality. It has moderate tannins and fresh acidity.

Medium aromatics with black cherry, blackberry, and an herbaceous quality. Both red and black cherry greet you on the palate with some cooked berry, black pepper, and spice. The fruit is present and balanced with a light amount of savory bark. Medium-bodied with medium-plus acid, excellent with food.

From the Producers: The colour is deep, ripe, with purple highlights. The aromas express themselves with elegance, releasing delicate floral and volatile notes, peony, mingling with greedy aromas of strawberry, black fruit and chocolate. The palate is crisp, fresh, with a peppery, spicy tone, highlighting the fruit and milky notes, leaving a tender, rich and persistent finish.

Notes of blackcurrants, plums, Provençal herbs, tomato leaf and balsamic are found on the nose. Medium to full-bodied, with amazing black fruits and spice, the purity of its Mediterranean upbringing is evident in this wine. The aromas translate into similar flavors on the palate, which is supple and wonderfully integrated.

This is a nice value with great texture and ripe balance with flavors of blackberry and black currants with a long finish. Vibrant, with a fresh core of cherry and cassis notes backed by anise, apple wood and garrigue hints through the finish. Nice underlying juiciness throughout. Richly perfumed with cooked berries, violet and slight earthiness. Plum and ripe black cherry on the juicy/silky palate. Red berries and cocoa linger on the finish.

Aromas are big, smoky, and spicy with blackberry, dark chocolate, and a hint of licorice. The palate has a nice lift and acidity, with flavors that match the aromas, including the pepper and blackberry. Medium plus in body with a persistent finish. The wine spends a year in American and French oak, with a further four months in bottle.

Dark stewed fruit of  blackberry and black currant introduce the wine. Fresh, ripe, and lightly smoky black fruits are balanced with a nice backbone of medium-plus acidity and touches of earth. Raspberry and plum notes emerge with time. This is medium bodied and lifted, making it a flavorful summer red.

Rustic aromas of warm earth, barn, worn leather, and herbs complement ripe red fruits (cranberry, red currant and cooked strawberry) on the nose. More red fruit on the palate is supported by fresh acid and integrated tannins providing a pleasing mouthfeel. Touches of spice and earthy minerals round out the finish.

Attractive aromas of ripe blueberry and raspberry compote greet the nose. The palate is clean and supple with well-integrated flavors of blackberry, plum, and blueberry skin. This wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced with subtle iron-mineral notes on the finish.

This is such an appealing wine with aromas darker fruit than the last vintage with black fruits (currants, boysenberry, and blueberry) with a touch of florality spring from the nose of unique Mediterranean grape. The wine is medium weight with red and purple fruits, plums, blueberries and rose petals. It is fresh, unique, appealing, fragrant, food-friendly, soft and accessible. The tannins are light to medium weight with crisp acidity.

This medium-plus bodied wine shows nice ripeness and yet it also has freshness. There are notes of raspberry, cherry, cinnamon, garrigue and spices, and some acidity keeps it lifted. One can drink it now or enjoy it until 2030.

Take a quick step back in time with our Fox Trot Red. This is a fruity red wine blend of Cabernet Franc and Concord grapes. The wine has residual sweetness, making it the right choice for all of you sweet red wine lovers. At the same time, it shows the fun, grapey side of Concord and the more serious, structured side of Cabernet Franc.

This is a savory wine with structure and black fruit. There are tar-like earth aromas and floral notes with classic red cherry, raspberry and plum. The palate is not tart but has good cool-climate acidity; it is medium weight with medium-plus tannins.

Aromas include black cap raspberries and black plum supported by touches of violets and black pepper. The medium-bodied palate boasts plum and blueberry flavors supported by herbs and pepper as well as soft, dusty tannins.

This wine is composed of equal parts sweet, ripe berries and stony minerality. There is a light earthiness, integrated tannins, refreshing acidity and very good density. It's perfectly balanced! On the palate, there are rich blackcurrants and black cherries with dried herbs and garrigue along with notes of spice, kirsch, black licorice and bitter chocolate. The nose is fruit forward with ripe black cherry, strawberry coulis and spiced raspberry notes. On the palate, this wine is extremely supple and seamless, yet has structuring acidity. The ripeness continues with black cherry and black cap raspberry fruit. A gulpable, soft and plus red in a liter bottle!

Pale looking in the glass, this wine is ripe with integrated tannins and medium acidity. Flavors and aromas are similar with interesting layers of savory bark, sassafras, truffles, and light toast to blend with cranberry, red cherry, and slight milk chocolate. The finish is long and the cherry notes fade pleasantly. 

Medium aromas of red cherry, high toned fruit and some tart pomegranate. The palate is clean and medium bodied with red cherry, plum, and cranberry. It has medium plus acidity with light tannin structure. 

Aromas include mixed red and black berries with touches of tobacco, plum, and licorice.  The palate is medium-bodied and structured with nice tannin/acid balance supported by black cherry, plum and raspberry flavors wrapped in hints of smoke, spice and vanilla.

The wine is medium weight with both black and red cherries intertwined with earth, steeped strawberries, wild raspberries and a touch of darjeeling tea. This has beautiful texture and though it is very flavorful, it remains elegant.

Medium aromatics offering fresh and dried herbs, cigar box, dates and dried cherries. The palate is medium bodied with very rounded but quite there tannins. Fruits are purple to black --cherries, plums, and black currant skin with light toast, earth and tobacco.

Aromas of mulberry, berry compote and savory raspberries are appealing. It is medium to full-bodied with cherries and plums, spice, kirsch, thyme and chocolate notes adding complexity. This wine is smooth and quaffable with a long, refreshing finish.

This is a powerful style of Bordeaux that also retains elegance and finesse. On the palate you will find rich ripe plum, blackcurrant, ripe cherries, and showcasing subtle cedar notes, with chalky tannin and good length.

It is quite supple with lightly dustry tannins, crisp acidity, good depth and not-over-the-top Camenere flavors.

This biodynamic wine is ripe and purple fruited but not overripe. Some dark chocolate shavings, black olives, mulberry and blackcap aromas with some Mediterranean herbs and graphite. This wine is alluring, you want to dive into it and once you do you discover the supple texture, something savory, worn leather and smooth tannins that could do with some more ageing. The palate has white pepper, vanilla, and baked raspberry. It is deep, brooding, and not as ripe tasting as it smells; this is a great additional to any table.

Aromas of black cherry and cracked black pepper interlace with notes of old barrel and earth. The palate delivers raspberry, cherry, red plum and lingonberry with black pepper and cinnamon. This is medium-weight, juicy, bright and balanced with medium tannins. Pure and typical of the varietal, the wine continues with raspberry and some earth on the finish.

Deep and brooding with black fruit, tobacco and dried herb notes on the nose. The palate continues with these--black currants and bittersweet chocolate stand out and are structured with juicy acidity and open-knit tannins. This wine is fleshy and silky, especially given some air. It's just right on every note, mixing savory with ripe. The more you think about it, the more you realize what a pleasure it is to drink this wine.

This is darkly colored and dense in the glass. The nose offers complex and balanced aromas of blackberry, cherry, dark chocolate, and sweet but not overpowering wood and spice. The palate repeats the aromas with well integrated black fruits and cocoa/mocha notes. It’s texturally velvety with a full mouthfeel and forward fruit, well made and easy to drink. Medium plus body with a longer finish.

This is an aromatically old world italian. This is classic rustic barn and earth but with some tart red fruit like cranberries and currants coming through. There is fresh red cherries, light floral notes of red roses and red raspberries. The palate matches its aromas with an almost orange zest note.  The tannins here are persistent, lingering and round. The acid is refreshing and balances nicely with the higher alcohol content. This wine could age an additional 20 years but it showing some complex notes already.  

This appassimento wine uses dried grapes to concentrate the flavors. It is soft and supple in texture with velvety tannins on a medium frame. Stewed black and red fruits are accompanied by light tobacco and spice and a touch of smoke. Notes of blackberry, black cherries, and dates follow through to spices and dried herbs on the finish.

Blackberry, black plum, cassis, grapes, black pepper, fig and dark earth with mocha are aromatic on the nose. This dry, fuller-bodied wine has notes of black currants, dried fruit spicy white pepper, cocoa, cola spiciness and a touch of smoke on the palate with a long finish that ends in chocolate.

You’ll find smoky aromas with black currant and black cherry fruit as well as some barrel notes. Less smoky in the mouth, this gives pure black cherry fruit along with light toast and minerality. Its medium weight with smooth tannins and great balance, showing both ripeness and some lifting, tart black fruits.

Classic Pinot Noir nose—rose, cherry, red currant, plum, raspberry and dusty earth—lead to a juicy palate with moderate acidity and good ripeness. Raspberries and their seeds join touches of herb, a lightly fleshy texture, and a long finish. Approachable with or without food, well balanced and with excellent typicity.

This ripe and fruit forward wine is juicy with black pepper, dark plums, chocolate-covered cherries and rose peppercorns. This palate is rich and round with cherry pie notes and some good oak influence, especially offering baking spices and mocha.

Aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and light earth unfold from the glass. On the palate, fruit flavors of cherry, raspberry and red plum mingle with a light herbal note. The wine is medium-bodied, nicely ripe and slightly rounded, yet clean, pure and fresh. It’s particularly refreshing for summer sipping!

From the producer: Blackberry, bacon, graphite, blueberry, rose. With the 2021 vintage, I have reverted to the intrinsic character of my first Côtes du Rhône from 1997 to 2000. This intense, energetic Syrah with its crimson hue is fresh with ‘espressivo cantabile’ aromas of red berry fruits and a rounded palate.

Rose, liquorice, iodine, pepper

A medium bouquet of red currants and cherries with cooked or concentrated raspberries and earth. The palate is sleek and supple with cherry, soil and plum. This wine is super fresh and yet deep with very fine and complex tannins and structure.

This wine is complex with tertiary notes that layer with wood spice, touches of earth, dried mushrooms, plums and black cherries. The palate echoes the aromas with savory flavors that support its structure making it a lovely wine for just sipping or pairing with food. This wine has medium acidity on its medium frame and it plush without being rich. 

One of the leading domaines in Bandol, Domaine Tempier is, without a doubt, the most visible producer from the appellation in the U.S. marketplace today. I think this is well-deserved (and a good thing for Bandol), as the wines are at the top of the hierarchy in terms of quality. The estate has been in the Peyraud family for generations and has a long, storied history that’s beautifully documented in Kermit Lynch’s newsletters and book, Adventures on the Wine Route (an absolute must read for any wine lover). Strawberry, cranberry, red cherry and some smoke aromatics. The palate is structured with medium plus tannins, medium acid and medium body with flavors like black pepper, plum, and currants.

This wine is fragrant as soon as the cork leaves the bottle! The aromas are beautifully integrated, with plum, bramble, small dark fruits, and dried herbs including oregano and sage. Tannins have softened with some age and are doing just what they should be, allowing the flavor elements to show off. Dark berries, plums, and herbal elements dance. Medium bodied with a longer finish.

This is quite aromatic, offering sweet wood, dark fruit--blackberry, blueberry, spiced cherry, plum--and cedar, all nicely integrated, with each sniff providing something more and different. The palate is equally integrated and complex. The fine tannins and moderate acidity are lovely, supporting and melding with the fruit. The fruit itself is dark berries, patient and thorough, subtle and a real presence. This is a wine one wants always on the wine rack to be enjoyed again and again. Medium bodied with a longer finish.

Wine Spectator, 94 Points: A bright yet firmly structured Chianti Classico, with iron, leather, almond and floral accents surrounding a core of cherry fruit. Sleek and intense, with a lingering finish echoing cherry, red berry and mineral notes. Best from 2024 through 2040. 4,500 cases imported.

Aromas of black cherry, earth and faint smoke lead to a medium weight Cabernet Franc with black berry and black cherry fruit that is fresh, pure and slightly candied, with a touch of minerality. This has moderate acidity and a very fine texture.

90 Points Wine Spectator: Well-built and elegantly focused, with expressive raspberry, sweet anise and black tea flavors that take on richness toward polished tannins. Drink now through 2026.

In this bottling from Yves Leccia, the French import Grenache—called Elegante in Corsica—takes center stage, offering fragrant notes of lavender spiced with balmy Mediterranean brush. A splash of the indigenous Niellucciu completes the blend, adding some muscle to this savory, floral red whose sunny island flavors come into focus when slightly chilled.

Medium aromatic with notes of red raspberry, black cherry, pepper and tobacco. The palate is medium-weight with red raspberry, tart black currants, rosemary and lightly savory notes. This is very quaffable and not as big as some of its Spanish counterparts; consider giving it a light chill.

This recent additional to our cava lineup has bosc pear and yellow apple with light toasty notes that mix with an underlining floral aspect. The palate is slightly rounded with beeswax, wet stone and lemon rind. The palate does deliver more fruit like peach and quince with a mineral note lingering.

Gorgeous pink color with a nose of raspberry, ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. The perfume is gorgeous and yet, has a delicacy to it. This wine is ultra-elegant with pinpoint bubbles and finesse. The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

This is a softly rounded and well-integrated sake that is fruit forward. In addition to the lemon custard, black pepper and papaya described by the sake brewery, you'll also find flavors of green tropical fruit, lime, white miso, jerk, kombu, tofu skin and salinity.

This cider is made entirely from wild pippin apples according to the traditional method, using wild fermentation. A precise and extreme example of terroir, it is aromatic and austere with aromas of citrus and sage. This is full and lively with hay, bergamot, and cucumber. The palate gives soft smoky earth flavors and minerality.
